Why is my order/item missing?+

Why is my order incomplete?+

We may have sent available items first and will ship the remaining items in a second delivery. If this wasn't your choice, please contact Customer Service at support@techshop.ae or use our Contact Us form.

What do I do if my item is damaged?+

We ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@techshop.ae.

What happens if an item is out of stock?+

Notification at Checkout: You will be notified if an item is out of stock during checkout.

Post-Order Notification: If we can't ship an accepted order, we will notify you within 24 hours and refund your payment within 10 working days.

Why do we display products that are out of stock online?+

We display out-of-stock products so you can access their details and purchase them once they are back in stock. You can opt to be notified when an item is back in stock.

What does my order status mean?+

Processing: Your order is confirmed and being prepared.

Shipped: Your order has left the warehouse; a dispatch notification will be sent.

Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the shipping address.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled by you or us.

How are the products packaged?+

Each product is securely packaged in bubble wrap and placed in a bag or box, which is then sealed to ensure safe delivery.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?+

After checking out, you will receive a payment confirmation along with an email and SMS to your registered email and mobile number.

How quickly can I return an item?+

Unopened Products: Return within 7 days if in original condition and packaging.

Damaged on Arrival: Contact us immediately.

Incorrect Products: Return if different from what you ordered.

Conditions: Must be new, unused, and include all accessories and packaging.

Yes, Techshop offers delivery in the UAE, regionally, and internationally.

How much do you charge for delivery/shipping?+

Within UAE: Free for orders above AED 100, delivered within 3-5 working days.

International: Delivered within 10 working days. Shipping rates are based on weight and location. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply.

How do I track my order?+

Track your order from your account page. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is shipped. Contact Customer Service at support@techshop.ae for further assistance.

When will I receive my order?+

UAE: 2-3 working days

GCC: 5-10 working days

International: 7-12 working days
